  • And if Loop Aero doesn't find a return traveler?

    In the eventuality that Loop Aero does not find a return traveler you can still choose the option to confirm a full charter flight. The price will not be optimized but we will be able to perform the requested flight for you.

  • What happens if the return traveler cancels their flight?

    As Loop Aero is a private jet community, there is a solidarity between the users. In case the return traveler cancels their flight, they will have to honor their booking and pay the confirmed amount of the flight to allow the other member of the community to perform his flight as agreed.

  • Why do private jets fly empty?

    Most operators try to optimize their schedules, but in some cases they will have airplanes based in an airport which is closest to the owner’s residence. This is the reason why after a flight, the airplane has to come back to its home base. In the case that someone is flying a one way trip, they will automatically have to pay the return leg of the aircraft to its home base. Once the flight is booked there is an active empty leg which can be sold at a really competitive price since it is already been paid by the initial client. The only restriction of an empty leg is that it is linked to the main flight and in the case that this flight is cancelled, the empty leg will also be automatically canceled. The empty leg user will be refunded and the operator will be released of any obligation.

  • Can i fly with a pet?

    It is actually possible to fly with your pet on board of a private jet. Cats have to travel inside a cage. Dogs under 8 kilos do not meet specific restrictions unless the operator does not accept to have pets on board. For dogs over 8 kilos, we need to get specific approvals from the operator. If you are flying with your pet, it's mandatory to advise us before booking your flight. In some cases the operator can refuse any types of pet onboard. Also some destinations required specific documents/procedures and some operators will invoice some cleaning fees.

  • Is Loop Aero offering destinations all over the world?

    Loop Aero is able to offer 10 times more destinations than commercial flights all around the world, and you will be able to land very close to your final destination. We have access to small airports that are unreachable with commercial flights due to technical restrictions. This is one of the many advantages of Loop Aero which is able to select the most adapted airplane to operate restricted runaways all across the world.

  • Does the price includes all taxes?

    Loop Aero includes all taxes in its price. Unfortunately some extra fees could apply in case of: Cleaning of the cabin due to passengers behavior, pets accident or de-Icing of the airplane. In case the airplane is frozen, the operator will have to request a specific procedure to de-ice the airplane and this process will be added to the initial price. This procedure is done for safety reasons. Particular Catering requests that are not included in the general conditions of the operator.
